These Terms of Service set out your rights and obligations when you use Nova Video's AI-Powered Video Creator services. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you agree to be bound by them. To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you use our Service to create content: • You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to these Terms • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing our Service • You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs (text, images, scripts) do not infringe on any third-party rights • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these Terms By using our AI generation features, you acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements • You should review all generated content before using or distributing it

Some aspects of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your designated payment method • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan • All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified • Credits purchased have no expiration date unless otherwise stated • We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at your next billing cycle **Subscription Plans:** • Monthly Plan: $69/month with up to 40 video generations per month • Yearly Plan: $759/year (equivalent to $63.25/month) with up to 480 video generations per year • Pay-as-you-go: Minimum purchase of $10 in credits **Refunds:** • Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase • Subscription refunds are calculated on a prorated basis • Refund requests can be submitted through your account settings
